Thank you for shopping with AC Wallace Creations! Every item in our store is custom printed on demand, which means your order is manufactured just for you after you place it. Because of this, we handle returns differently than traditional retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on acwallace.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I get my order?

It usually takes 3–7 business days to produce your order, after which it ships out. Shipping time depends on your location and can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Where will my order ship from?

We partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment company with production facilities worldwide. Your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently for your location.

Will I be charged customs fees?

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes assessed by your local customs office. These fees are not within our control and are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Damaged, Misprinted, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is the wrong item entirely, we will make it right at no cost to you with a free replacement or a full refund. To submit a claim:

1. Take clear photos of the issue, including the product label and (for damaged shipments) the packaging.
2. Email us at sales@acwallace.com within 25 days of delivery.
3. Include your order number in the subject line, along with a brief description of the problem.

Once your claim is verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please do not mail items back to us without contacting us first — in most cases you will not need to return the item at all.

A note about new apparel

Freshly printed t-shirts and sweatshirts may have a slight vinegar-like scent or a faint off-white residue from the printing process. This is a normal, safe byproduct of direct-to-garment printing and disappears completely after the first wash. It is not a defect and is not eligible for a replacement or refund.

A note about coffee mugs

If your mug arrives broken or cracked, please do not handle the broken pieces. Take a photo of the item safely inside its original packaging showing the damage and email it to us right away with your order number. This is exactly the proof we need to approve a free replacement quickly — you will not need to ship anything back.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your package never arrives, we will send a replacement at no charge, provided the claim is submitted to sales@acwallace.com no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date.

Before contacting us, please help us out by checking the following:

• Review your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
• Ask your local post office whether they are holding the package.
• Check with neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the tracking shows the package as delivered, or if the delay was caused by an incorrect address you provided, we cannot issue a free replacement, though we are happy to help you investigate with the carrier.

Buyer’s Remorse, Wrong Size & Exchanges

Because every item is custom made to order, all sales are final once production begins. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong size or color.

• Please consult the detailed sizing chart on every product page before ordering.
• If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Though rare, it is possible an item was mislabeled by the manufacturer. If you receive an item whose label does not match what you ordered, contact us at sales@acwallace.com within 25 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility because the address you provided was insufficient or incorrect, or because the package went unclaimed at your local postal service, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once a corrected address is provided. Unclaimed returned shipments are donated to charity by our manufacturing partner after 30 days and cannot be recovered or refunded after that point.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country, state, or province. Where applicable law provides rights that differ from this policy, those legal rights apply.

Governing Law

This policy and all purchases from acwallace.com are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
